The United States’ response. Source for the consent search, the polygraph opinion “Deception Indicated,” her denials, the podiatrist’s inability to reach a conclusion, the finding of zero evidence connecting her to the devices, and the alibi the FBI says it established: shift end 5:40 p.m., the 5:18:55 p.m. “Coming home!” text, the 5:39 p.m. Roseina’s receipt, and the 7:37:48 p.m. home video. Armitas, hoodie locomotion against Brian
@accabbat, “Locomotion: Hoodie vs Brian Cole Jr.” The post says viewers comment “That’s a woman” and describes sway in the hooded walk, set against Brian’s mechanical movement. Local file:
Watch the original post ↗accabbat_2015899076085022720.mp4, about 2 minutes 26 seconds. The opening body-camera scenes are from another date. This film compares the hooded figure with Brian. It is not the Kerkhoff gait study.
Brian is 100% innocent.
That is this site’s conclusion from the evidence, and the position we advocate. We are making a claim about what Brian did not do, not reporting an acquittal. Our conviction does not depend on a court first adopting it.
This is an independent supporter website. We do not speak for Brian’s family or his lawyers. The sources let readers examine the basis of our position: the camera sequence, the family’s identification, the clothing comparisons, and the phone records. The research also records the outstanding identity and clock-calibration checks.
The legal page argues for disclosure, scrutiny of the interrogation, and detention review. Brian has pleaded not guilty; the reviewed record does not establish an acquittal or a judicial finding of a civil-rights violation.
Research update, October 22: camera exports and further court filings have now been recovered. Earlier statements that the site lacked those camera files, and that the reviewed complaint did not mention a plate-reader event, are superseded by source 20. Baker’s and Seraphin’s later media is source 25. Those files were checked locally, then removed from Google Drive.
Research update, October 23: the hoodie page compares the hooded figure with former Capitol Police officer Shauni Kerkhoff. Sources 26–33 support that comparison. The gait percentage is the retracted Blaze News report. The government’s later filing says a podiatrist reached no conclusion and that a home video places her voice in Falls Church at 7:37 p.m.
For procedural context, CBS News reported on July 6, 2026 that a judge denied a motion to dismiss and that Brian had pleaded not guilty. This site is not a live docket tracker.
